Privacy notice
Last updated 3 November 2026
This notice covers visitors to this site and the people we contact about Fernic. It’s short because we hold very little.
Who holds your data
Fernic is run by Transcendent Logic, P. Vileišio g. 14B-12, LT-10306 Vilnius, Lithuania. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@fernic.ai.
Visiting this site
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. Our host, Vercel, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
If we contact you, or you contact us
We hold your name, role, company, work email address and LinkedIn profile URL, and what we have written to each other. We find these on company websites, on LinkedIn and in the press, or get them from people who introduce us.
We use them to contact you about our service and to follow up on our conversations. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): we only contact people whose work our service is relevant to. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after we were last in touch, whichever comes first.
Who else processes it
The services we use for email, scheduling calls and hosting this site, only to provide those services to us. Where one of them is based outside the EU, it is bound by the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights, and how to opt out
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. To stop hearing from us, email hello@fernic.ai: we delete your data and keep only a do-not-contact record, so we don’t contact you again.
Complaints
You can complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate or to the data protection authority where you live.
